Qn: I’m interesting in buying an item. How do I place an order?
Ans: If you have Tumblr, you can leave a message in the “Orders & Enquiries” section with your name, email address, item code(s) and size(s). Alternatively, you can email this information to mail.tinythreads@gmail.com to place an order.
Qn: I have just made an enquiry on an item. Will the item be reserved for me?
Ans: No. An enquiry will not be considered as an order, therefore no reservation can be made. Only messages in the above format will be taken in as an order and item reserved for you pending payment.
Qn: I have just placed an order. Will I receive a confirmation?
Ans: After you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you stating the bank account number to make payment to and the total amount to be paid.
Qn: How much time do I have to make the payment?
Ans: Please make payment within 48 hours of receiving the email confirmation. If you are unable to pay within this time frame, please request for a time extension (up to an extra 48 hours) when you place your order.
Qn: What happens if I’m unable to make payment at the end of the time extension?
Ans: You will be considered a dead buyer (to be blacklisted) and the item will be sold to the next person instead.
Qn: The item I really want is pending/out of stock. What do I do?
Ans: Please email us and you will be placed on a waiting list in case the previous buyer fails to make payment or if the item is restocked. You will be contacted if stock becomes available again.
