Terms & Conditions
- All prices stated are in Singapore dollars.
- Postage cost is at $1 to $2.50 per item and extra 50 cents to $1 for each additional item, depending on the weight of the item (i.e footwear, clothing)
Example: Cheapest postage cost for 3 items = $1 (1st item) + 50¢ (2nd item) + 50¢ (3rd item) = $2
- For registered postage, please add $3.50 on top of normal postage cost.
- Free normal postage for purchase of $50 and above.
- Free registered postage for purchase of $100 and above.
- We will not be held responsible for lost mail if registered postage is not used.
- However, we will lodge a report with Singpost and follow up closely should there be any lost mail incident.
- Prices are non-negotiable, even for meet-ups. Meet-ups only at Fernvale LRT station. No exceptions.
- Payment must be made before meet-up can be arranged.
- No returns allowed, but exchanges can be made for wrong item/size sent or if size is unsuitable. However, please do check the measurements given before ordering to avoid hassle of exchange.
- Exchange is not applicable for items damaged in the mail or after received.
- Only fund transfer to our DBS/POSB account is accepted.
- Quantity of each piece is limited, therefore it will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Dead buyers will be blacklisted.
